Thankyou so much. The flowers were beautiful and recipient was so pleased with them. I would also like to thank the lady who delivered them, My Aunt is nearly blind and a little deaf and she put them in the kitchen and also read the read the card for her. There are some lovely people in the world. I would definitely use Luna Flower again!!!!!

Absolutely thrilled with the bouquet. My elderly mum was over the moon, no fault at all only praise. However the only downside was that a time or even am/pm slot wasn't offered, so my mum was in tizzy as my sister wanted to take her out for birthday tea, but the flowers arrived at 5.45pm. She did manage to go out in the end, but I was wondering if a rough time slot could maybe improve the service? Thanks though she loves the flowers

Flowers were a day late but seems we had the address wrong. Your system took the trouble to deal with this and the flowers were delivered early the next morning. Damon and Laura said the flowers were amazing colours and beautifully arranged in the basket. and sent us a video so we could share them. first class service, will definitely use again.

I as very apprehensive abut the success of this delivery especially as lockdown was declared 24 hours after my order was lodged.. Order was delivered in time and my son and daughter in law were delighted with the beautiful flowers.. Full marks to Luna Flowers on an excellent job.

Saw pictures of flowers on facebook - lovely and delivered on time. The only thing I would suggest is a photo of the actual bunch you sent is taken and sent to the customer buying as often we do not see them

Flowers delivered were not what I ordered from the website. I specifically wanted yellow roses and the recipient received peach with white daisies. There was just one yellow rose in the centre! I was extremely disappointed! Additionally, the roses ordered were in a vase, the flowers delivered were in a basket. I'm not really sure why customers are offered a choice when their preference to design and colour is totally ignored. I shall not be using your services again.

Absolutley Fabulous, my mother was close to tears the flowers were so beutifull, glad we went for the Managers bunch, and delivered as requested. My mother lives 250 miles away and its been hard to find a florist that delivers what they promise, in the past I have always used a company in Jersey, not any more, I won't even look anywhere else, First and only call Luna Flowers. The flowers arrived exactly when I ordered them to be delivered and I am told they were beautiful. Thank you. My only disappointment is that I had hoped the bouquet would be in water in a display box and I found it unclear on your website how to choose flowers which would be presented in this way.
