The flowers were absolutely beautiful which were the florists choice. But we were lead to believe that the delivery would be done by a courier, it turned out to be Royal Mail! Had I of known this at the time I would have cancelled the order (as everyone knows how unreliable our postal service is). Bearing in mind they were told it was for a birthday, the delivery got later and later, and finally turned up at 6.45pm, when everyone was out celebrating! But like I say, the flowers were great, the delivery not so!!

This is the second time that I have used this company. What I love is that the Florist sends you a photo of the actual bouquet that is being delivered to your recipient. To me, that means they have nothing to hide and are obviously proud of the bouquets they create. On both occasions the bouquets have been beautiful and well received by those that I have sent them to. Highly recommended.

The person who I spoke to was very helpful and sympathetic and arranged for my floral and card requests to be met and delivered prior to the funeral. Shocking! I’ve ordered beautiful flowers for someone very special for a very special occasion , but unfortunately this company delivered something completely different , looking nothing like what was expected . The bouquet looked like the florist got all the leftovers from the store and made “something “ , £65 down the drain! Very disappointing! Contacted support team- they totally ignored the fact that wrong flowers were delivered, I found that extremely rude. Offering £10 voucher - total insult! The flowers were terrible , stay away from this company if you don’t want to be disappointed . Unfortunately I don’t have an option to attach the pictures.

British-grown flowers, in season, and were arranged and delivered by a florist local to the recipient to further reduce carbon emissions.
