good communication...via email and driver phoning to get to the correct address. Auntie was delighted with her flowers ..the only suggestion would be to send a photo of completed flowers to the person that ordered them.

Very disappointed. I used this site as it was a local florist (shop local support small business) and I foolishly believed that it would be delivered by someone associated with the shop not a general delivery service without time. I left specific delivery instructions that this was for my recently widowed elderly mother and that she would need 1. Extra time to answer the door. 2. Help to bring it into the house My mother found the delivery tucked into a planter beside the BACK door, in the pouring rain, totally by chance. She really should not have been out in that weather at all. Many of the flowers were ruined and if there was a card with it then it had disintegrated in the rain. So sad that there was no thought or compassion and my poor mum was left feeling guilty that she had not got the flowers, rather than loved and cared for. Very poor show.

I have ordered flowers from this florist twice in the past month and both arrangements have been beautiful and the recipients have been delighted. I can only see them through a photograph because I live in Florida. Both deliveries arrived on requested day. Today's delivery to my Mum was a good test to the quality of the work put into the arrangement because she was a Florist for many years. A big thank you and I will definitely order from you again.
