Beautiful flowers by Beatrice as usual. One gripe, I think the service would be much improved if Retailer could tell local customers, 5 minutes away, weather delivery will be AM or PM rather than waiting in all fday. Disappointing that they did not read my e- mail saying we had to go out suddenly and would not be in between 2.30 and 4.30 Of course they tried to deliver at 3.30!!! Spoilt the surprise for my wife! 30

Absolutely beautiful My mum was so happy with them. The flowers delivered to my mum on her birthday couldn???t have been better. They was beautifully arranged, fresh and delivered with care to an elderly lady. Would like to thanks the local florist Beatrice for making my Mother???s Birthday very special. Will definitely use this service again.

Very happy with the service. Never saw the flowers but I was sent a picture and they looked lovely, Thank you. Sadly the second funeral flowers I've had to order from here, and they both were very good.

I ordered flowers for a retirement gift and although I could not get the delivery date for 31st Dec, I took the next available date for 4th Jan. The recipient was delighted with the lovely bouquet (that resembled the picture of what I had ordered). Thank you. Would recommend.
