Beautiful basket of flowers and the recipient was over the moon with them as was I when she sent me a photo. Ordered online at 11 and received them same day at lunch time. Wonderful service.

As mentioned in the Direct2florist review, the order was lost somewhere between the two, resulting in the flowers I'd ordered for Mother's day not arriving on the day itself. The Secret Garden were very apologetic, but unsure why they didn't have the order. They arranged for delivery the same day, with some additional flowers by way of apology. Not sure where it went wrong, but ultimately the flowers didn't arrive when they should have, which was disappointing. Very good customer service trying to recover the situation though, so I can't fault them there.
