Price was reasonable and the delivery person was very nice to my mum. The flowers were lovely, just not the ones I ordered. I understand this is probably an issue that arises often, but the same colour would have been nice. Mum was happy, so that???s all that matters.

Extremely happy with the service. I ordered flowers to be delivered the following day in the UK and received photos of them from the family before cash had been taken from my account. Not only were they beautiful but I live in the far south of Tasmania. Thousands of kilometres away. I can’t be there at a sad time but the flowers gave comfort, knowing that I was thinking of them and cared. Thank you for your excellence.

The flowers were ordered at 8:50am and delivered by 11:06am same day. My friend called to thank me and said how beautiful and fresh they were. She loved that they were presented in a pretty container, which enables her to look after them without changing the presentation and only requires her to add water when needed. The service provided by the florist Holly Rose was excellent. Thank you.

Phone call from the florist to say the item I ordered was out of stock. The flowers were delivered very promptly once we had agreed on a substitute - a hand tied arrangement with which the recipient was really pleased. on seeing them myself later in the day I have to say they were plentiful, beautiful and excellent value for money. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend this friendly and communicative florist - very happy with both product and service.

Mistakes happen but it matters how it is rectified. There was an error in the date of delivery. When I got in touch to see why my flowers had not arrived I had a response very quickly and a return message to say they would deliver the following morning with a really nice apology. Not only did Victoria deliver the bouquet early the next day with an apology to my niece but she also included a second arrangement free of charge. Both arrangements were beautiful. It is customer service like this that would make me a return customer. Thank you Victoria for renewing my faith in good customer service.

I orderered from Holly Rose for my friends 50th Birthday (she lives in Ellesmere Port). My friend loved them, said they were beautiful and made her cry in a happy way. Excellent service from the point of ordering to delivery.
