I can only assume that the flowers were good, I have given 5 stars ???? as they were delivered on time and the recipient said Thank you for the Beautiful Flowers. Perhaps a photo of the bouquet would be good to have in future, especially as it was down to the Florists Choice.

I needed to send flowers for a funeral and Hetty's showed extra dedication and care by checking with the funeral home to find out when it would be, thus ensuring that the arrangement was fresh on the day. I also appreciated the added notification of their delivery. The only thing I would have liked was to get a photo of the arrangement with my delivery notification, as I have not acually seen what the flowers ended up looking like. Otherwise thanks Hetty's for a smooth and professional experience.

Really pleased that these flowers could be delivered on the same day as ordering. Communication between florist was really good, keeping you up to date on the delivery. I was slightly disappointed by the quality of the flowers as they didn’t really look like the image that I’d selected but nether the less to get flowers delivered on the same day was an extra bonus for me. Not sure I’d use again though without doing more research first.
