Well done from Australia. We received a message saying you needed to contact us by phone but that was obviously impossible. So some glitch in the system (or data leak) was happening but in the End the flowers float there exactly as ordered.

So easy to place an order, great reviews on each of the florists to choose from. Prompt and efficient service from chosen florist and best of all I received a photo of the flowers when they were delivered. The recipient was over the moon with the quality of the flowers. So good to know that I was supporting a local and independent florist and not an awful letterbox company

Very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers I ordered. They were ordered for a relative needing to have an operation. so I specifically asked for bright and cheerful colours, however the flowers that were received were mainly heavy purple colours which were not at all bright and cheerful, and did not resemble the image of the bouquet that I had selected from website. I also selected a large size bouquet ,which was expensive, so very disappointed and left feeling embarrassed that my relative may think I hadn"t put much thought and effort into the flowers I had sent her!
