I ordered flowers from Canada for my niece in the U.K. I did not actually see the flowers but my niece was very happy with them. They were delivered as per instructions. Happy with the service and would use them again.

I requested a delivery of Christmas bouquet quite late on 21st December and was astonished by the promptness of a confirmation and photo showing me the beautifully made up bouquet early the next morning. Ordered through direct2florist give the postcode where you want them delivered and they find you the nearest florists. You then place your order and if the florist you picked cannot fulfil the order they pass it to another, so you are not left with no delivery. Flowers were gorgeous and delivered same day within a couple of hours. The only issue was the delivery driver, he actually opened our front door and came into the house when he could have just knocked on the front window, (Our dog could have got out) he said he couldn't get an answer knocking on the front door. This has never happened before however and won't deter me from ordering again.

We always buy our flowers from Four Seasons in Hindley and they are always beautiful. We bought the pink basket and had it delivered to our in laws for their 60th Wedding Anniversary and they were so pleased with the flowers and the delivery that the flowers were made the centrepiece on the table. I don’t think you would nicer flowers and brilliant delivery anywhere.

I thought the flowers were poor value for money. For the amount I spent I was disappointed with the amount of flowers used in the display, I didn't consider it to be worth the amount paid. <br />Prior to delivery, I wanted to check the flowers would arrive before 12noon, and so I rang and left messages for the shop but no one rang me back, so when I finally spoke to someone at the florists the women was abrupt and rude! <br />I was disappointed all round with the florists for their poor communication with me as the customer, their attitude to what was a perfectly clear question and the money paid - I wont purchase again.

This arrangement was disgraceful. I paid extra for the deluxe version but I do not think that 4 gerbrughs, 3 roses , 3 foxgloves and some greenery are worth &pound;40. I do flower arranging myself and am extremely upset and disappointed that this was the best my aunt and uncle received on their 61at wedding anniversary. If I had lived nearer to them, I would have been able to do a much better job myself. I will never recommend this website. I am therefore requesting a better arrangement be sent to my aunt and uncle by way of an apology and feature of goodwill.
