Flowers were not delivered on the date requested (family member’s birthday) and there was no communication regarding a delay. I contacted the company about the issue and wonder if anyone would have reached out to me otherwise. After the flowers were delivered, I had to make contact again to request some type of acknowledgement of the poor customer service. The rep replied that they would see if the service charge could be waived. As of this review, I have no idea of the status of this request. The only positive aspect of my first (and last) time working with this company is that the flowers were lovely. A disappointing experience.

I ordered flowers from Germany for a friend's birthday in London. On the day of the delivery I found out that my friend had gone on a surprise week's holiday. So I phoned Primrose to ask to leave the flowers with a neighbour. The lovely man at the end of the telephone told me that they would take the flowers back and do another delivery upon my friend's return. They did, and the flowers are amazing. What a service. I don't think a German florist would have done that. So, thank you very much to Primrose. What a service!!

I ordered from Canada and I am overall pleased with the service received from Primrose Florists of LeytonStone, UK. Flowers were delivered a little later than expected but on the same day as requested. The arrangement was nice but there was little resemblance to the photo posted on the website therefore the 3 stars rating. I ordered purple and white flowers but 50% of the flowers were pink and I had purposely chosen the purple colour arrangement because I did not want pink. Will I order from there again? Probably. unless I find another florist around the area but I will be more careful and very specific on my request and not rely on just a picture.

I just wanted to say, the flowers I chose online were not the same as the ones I received. What I mean by this is in the picture it had more pink flowers and looked really pretty whereas the ones I got looked pretty, but didn&rsquo;t have much pink at all it was most colourful, it didn&rsquo;t look anything like the picture :(

Have used Primrose Florists for about five or six years for Mother's Day flowers - the past couple of years through the online website Direct2florist. <br/> <br/>Whether I've phoned Primrose direct, or gone through the website (which is very easy to use incidentally), the flowers were delivered when they were asked for and my mum was delighted with the flowers she got. My mother loved her flowers- she got 5 bunches from various family and providers- however the ones I got from Primrose Florist was the largest and most beautiful. <br/>I wrote the florist a note- which I am not sure if they read- (indicating that all my moms family live outside the UK- so this was the only &quot;contact&quot; of a physical sense we could have)- and she was thrilled- a great job very well done, thank you:)

I did have some problems with the internet, however through email we sorted it out. It was nice to receive an email to let me know the flowers had been delivered. A description of the flowers or a photo would have been good as it was not appropriate to ask too much from the recipient as they were sympathy flowers.
