Overall, the service and the flower were both excellent as same as one the last year. Only something unexpected was the chocolate added. It was not one in the photo, was a larger boxes but less luxurious as a present. Hope it is gong to be improved.

Ordering from out of the country, can make it difficult sometimes, but not this time! It was fast and easy, and the orchid was more beautiful than I trout it would be. Now that I have found a florist,I can trust, close to my family, I won???t hesitate to order more often. It would have been 5 stars, but they didn???t include ???Care instructions ???. It would be helpful to know how to care for such a big, beautiful plant.. (shouldn???t have to google it???.

The receiver of the flowers were very impressed with the selection but as a same day order I rung the shop to enquire about an estimated time. The person who I spoke to weren’t the friendliest and later saw on the website that sometimes there could be delays. Apart from that incident everything was perfect so 4 stars.

I ordered flowers for my Aunt and Uncles 50th. I didn't pick a specific arrangement (as I'm ordering from oversears) and what they sent was unique, beautiful and massive. Definitely made them feel special and, as it came in a large basket so all of the flowers would fit, it stood out from the usual vase arrangements. Fit their personalities very well and I absolutely got every pence worth. My only complaint would be that the flowers arrived a day early (still unsure why)....much better than late, I suppose. Highly recommend this florist.
