This was the first time not using my usual florist and I&rsquo;m disappointed with the service provided. I requested delivery of the flower arrangement on 13th or 14th October and they were delivered several days early. When they arrived the oasis was dry and the flowers were looking tired. Fortunately my mum is green fingered and she managed to rescue them. Then, a second arrangement arrived on the date I&rsquo;d originally requested but they were limp and looked several days past their best. The delivery person was apparently very pleasant but confused by the fact this was the second delivery of the same arrangement. My mum did not accept this arrangement as she knew I wouldn&rsquo;t have ordered two of the same to be delivered. The only reason I&rsquo;m not rating this as bad is because the flowers, once rescued, looked very nice.
