I was unsure purchasing flowers from on line but I was so happy I did. The flowers were for a good friend and I have to day they were just as ordered. My friend was over the moon as I was. I would definitely use this company again . Thank you.

My mum had to go into hospital on the day of delivery, the florist delivered the flowers and left them on the doorstep without attempting to deliver them to either neighbour who were both home only for me knowing neighbours number and have them go looking when it said delivered and they were left on the doorstep. Luckily the neighbour was in and got them when they did because it then rained on and off for a while. For the price I’d have expected for them to be treated with a little more respect. I did send email and photo proof and it was said they would look into it which I’ve never heard anything back since then.

Beautiful flowers although left on doorstep luckily neighbours spotted and took them in could have been different story would have hoped maybe knocked on a neighbour not just left on display for passing opportunists.

Ordered from Australia for a funeral in the UK. I was impressed with how easy it was to order, the followup emails I received and also how easy it was to track the progress of the order. When we used direct2florists last time the flowers were provided by another florist called Occasions in Oldham who sent us an email with photo of the flowers once they had been delivered. We haven't seen the flowers this time although we are told they are beautiful
