Excellent service. Ordered on line selected a florist local to the address the flowers were being delivered to. Received a confirmation of order email. Flowers were delivered as requested. Received an email confirming delivery. There recipient said that the flowers were lovely. Never used this site before but will definitely use again.

It was a rather disappointing first experience, which I will not be repeating, as I did not realise that the florist I had chosen could refuse the order. After the order was refused by 2 florists, it was accepted late afternoon but therefore could not reach the recipient until late at night when she was already sleeping. Fortunately, the florist Jamie Christopher Ltd was extremely kind and helpful and subsequently delivered a beautiful, fresh bouquet the following day. Thank you Jamie! I will be contacting you in the future

This is the second time I have used this florist to send flowers to my mother in law in England - I am in the United States. On both occasions the ordering process was easy and there was a large choice of what was available. In this instance I chose the flowers that were described as Violet as that is my mother in law's name. They were delivered on time and she was over the moon with the flowers delivered - so much so she called and left a message at the florists thanking them herself. Being so far apart I have to rely on the pictures that the florist shows online and so far I have not been disappointed and neither has my mother in law.. Thank you James Christoper Floral Design.

The flowers were delivered the next day, and I was so pleased they arrived before Easter, as other online companies said they could not deliver until a few days afterwards, when I was trying to order some.
