Can't fault them on the flowers. My Mum said the flowers were gorgeous & there were a lot, but I had made appoint of requested that the delivery person explain to my 91yr old mother how to water the flowers in the container & not have to remove the packaging. Not sure if the instructions were written down, but she is visually impaired so wouldn't have been able to read them . She ended up taking them our of the wrapping to put them in vases , which took her some time. I will order from them again but maybe be more precise with the instructions. I live in Canada , so was very please that Direct2florist did inform me when Mothers day was in England.
