It was a safe, easy & affordable process to send flowers to a funeral in England from Australia. Limited arrangement options on the site but I added notes to get the desired effect. The local florist did an amazing job especially delivering everything on time & to two different locations. I was able to use PayPal so safe transaction. I would have liked an extra field for the recipient - difficult when the person is deceased but I used notes to explain.

I was arranging a floral delivery from Canada and your site was very easy to use. The communication was excellent and I truly appreciated the photo of proof of delivery. The arrangement was stunning. My family was very impressed and of course the chocolates were a lovely treat to discover in the attractive boxed container. Although the bouquet was pretty , I had chosen Florist Choice Peonies, I was extremely disappointed to discover it actually only contained one peony! And for the cost I felt there were very few blooms of anything included.

Although I carefully chose the size and style of our funeral arrangement, I opted to trust the florist’s own choice of the actual flowers used in the design. I was extremely pleased with the result which was very beautiful and good value for money. One suggestion, however, would be that perhaps the florist could have sent me a photograph of the arrangement. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus restrictions we were unable to attend my dear uncle’s funeral and would not have known what my order looked like if it hadn’t been for the fact my cousin took photographs and sent them to me. That said, I was nonetheless very pleased with the beautiful arrangement and would highly recommend this florist.

The flowers and vase which were delivered are completely different to the arrangement which I ordered. Whilst I understand flowers can vary due to seasonable availability I feel this is a little disappointing for an arrangement costing £40.
