Utterly disappointed in my order this time. Booked for AM on Mother's Day and the flowers arrived at 1.36pm. I wasn't willing to kick up as I knew it was a busy day. However, if they couldn't accommodate delivery they shouldn't have taken the order. Now the part that really annoyed me! I typed clearly the message to be written for my mum, who's health is deteriorating, and they didn't even mange that!! Left out her grand daughters name and just made up one in its place! To say I was angry is an understatement

1st class service once again. Always order my flowers from direct2 florist. My sister said the florist must have sent all the flowers in the shop the bouquet was so big. The florist also included at least 9 satchels of flower food so my sister can put new food in when she changes the water.

I can see what I have ordered. My latest experience was yesterday when a lovely mixed trug of beautiful blooms, very carefully arranged (it must have tsken a long time to prepare). Frankly itwas magnificent. Iam curious what the tiny white 'lily like' flowers were. We searched through a large plant book but the nearest we found was loillium regale, but obviously not. Thank you and the florist for making a birthday party go with a swing. Ralph.

You guys are just absolutely amazing! This was a diffcult place to deliver to - I don't even like going there!! Two other relatives ordered flowers through other companies, one delivery went to the wrong house, and the other company (which is a very well known one) completely refused to deliver, even though payment had been accepted!!! In your case, I only ordered these flowers at 6.50 am, and you delivered them the same morning, and they were superb. I just can't praise you enough. To anyone reading this, please don't use other (possibly very well known and long established) flower delivery firms - Direct2florist is the one to rely on!

I was very impressed. I've used other on-line florist services but my mother said that the Mother's Day flowers were plentiful and and excellent. The flowers were also delivered early on the actual day - a Sunday of course - which made it extra special for her. Please pass that on to the shop (in Bewdley, Shropshire I think) which did the arrangement, and thank you for the service.

With only a request made online at 3.30pm on a Saturday, the local florist delivered for me on the Sunday for my Mum's birthday. It saved me a lot of trouble as I had forgotten to post her card on Friday and getting a bunch of flowers with card attached was a real saving grace. Excellent service, ordered at 5.30am from Nepal for same day delivery to an address in Warwickshire, UK. Went for 'florist's choice' which was a gamble, but the flowers were beautiful and my friend was really happy. My only suggestion would be to send an email confirming the bouquet was delivered - as it happened my friend emailed me, but otherwise I would not have known if she had received them or not... I requested the flowers to be delivered in the morning but as it was a surprise delivery for my parents they were out at the time. The florists tried a couple of times to deliver but had to leave the flowers with a neighbour. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. A little note through the door to say where the flowers had been left would have been a great help.

The florist delivered the same day,which I thought was excellent service. The recipients were delighted so I assume that the flowers were nice . I'd picked a deal which allowed the florist to choose for me so was a bit apprehensive . I would assume that they'd want the recipients to be impressed as this florist would be in their locality.

The "Vibrant Exotic" flowers had two non-exotic yellow flowers which was disappointing. I'm sorry I don't know the name. I ordered because I love the rainforest exotic flowers. it would be have been nice if ALL the flowers were exotics. They still look nice just not as fab as shown on the photo.
