On time . The recipient thought that the arrangement was a bit somber. More appropriate for decorating a coffin. .

Direct2florist website was really easy to use, loved the fact that I could put in the address of the recipient and it gave me local florists to use especially when not from the same area. Our team were ordering sympathy flowers for a colleague and when we seen the white basket from Hyacinth House it looked perfect. We received a photo with thanks from the recipient and it looked exactly as it did on the website which was great to see.

5 stars for this service! The flowers arrived the same day, and looked beautiful. I had asked for no carnations in the bouquet I ordered, and these were substituted for another flower with no issue. The card was hand written which was a nice touch, and the man who delivered the flowers was lovely. He was very cheery, said happy birthday and made such a different when hand delivering the flowers. Would recommend!

DO NOT SEND FLOWERS WITH DIRECT2FLORIST. We do not recommend them. We placed an order and received a conformation email to affirm our requested delivery date. However, for some reason the flowers were delivered 2 weeks earlier than requested. Consequently, their error resulted in embarrassment and distress for us. We tried to contact Direct2florist but they have not responded to the numerous emails we have sent. Very unsatisfactory.

I ordered from a Florist on Saturday evening for Monday delivery. Even thought on Monday the florist I’ve chosen rejected my order, DirectFlorist team could allocate it to another Florist who confirmed the order and delivered the same day. The bouquet was beautiful, elegant, perfect for the occasion. I would choose Directflorist again.
