Extremely happy with the service. I ordered flowers to be delivered the following day in the UK and received photos of them from the family before cash had been taken from my account. Not only were they beautiful but I live in the far south of Tasmania. Thousands of kilometres away. Mistakes happen but it matters how it is rectified. There was an error in the date of delivery. When I got in touch to see why my flowers had not arrived I had a response very quickly and a return message to say they would deliver the following morning with a really nice apology. Not only did Victoria deliver the bouquet early the next day with an apology to my niece but she also included a second arrangement free of charge. Both arrangements were beautiful. It is customer service like this that would make me a return customer. Thank you Victoria for renewing my faith in good customer service.

I orderered from Holly Rose for my friends 50th Birthday (she lives in Ellesmere Port). My friend loved them, said they were beautiful and made her cry in a happy way.
