You discovered that the nearest florist to us had closed. You offered a courier service for my wife's birthday the following day. I was pleased that you managed to recover the situation in that the Post Office delivered the flowers from Aberdeen (we live in the Highlands on the Caithness/Sutherland border). I'm afraid the flowers have deteriorated quickly - I was disappointed.

I live in Somerset and had to order a wreath for my Aunties funeral in Aberdeen as I couldnt attend due to Covid-19. I dealt with a lady called Susan she was very helpful. The whole order process was very easy and she made a change of colour request I had without an issue.They sent me an order acknowledgement with a picture of the wreath when they had delivered to the under takers and it was exactly what I wanted, I am very happy and would recommend anyone to place an order with them
