The flowers were fresh and pretty, as advertised in picture. The box of chocolates was not what was advertised though, think they just send anything they have available on that day so it's worth checking beforehand to avoid disappointment. The delivery instructions were followed as requested and the whole process was very smooth, however I was disappointed seeing the hand written card which looked like a primary school student scribbled on it (in the florist's defence I have to say it was a foreign launguage, but it shouldn't be too much of a trouble to get a new card and start from scratch when an error was made). Perhaps printed text would work better in such cases. It did made us all laugh though. Overally satisfied, except for those two details. Thank you.

My mum said the flowers were beautiful and filled the room with their scent. Thank you to the person who delivered them for delivering them to the One Stop as mum was too poorly to answer the door and her flowers were taken across to her at lunchtime. I was a little upset as i contacted my friend at 3pm following confirmation that delivery had taken place at 1pm to find that she hadnt received the flowers to then contact Daisy to find that they had been delivered to a different house but no contact had been left...and the flowers were different to the picture.
