Chelmer Florists rang me to say they had run out of sunflowers, did I especially want them I did want sunflowers as they were my son and daughter-in-laws wedding flowers. The florist went out and got more sunflowers specially. My son and daughter-in-law said they are the poshest flowers they have ever seen. I was so impressed by this beautiful floral tribute to my aunt. The flowers were gorgeous and arrived at the funeral directors in good time. The florist even took the care to contact me the day before delivery to suggest a different arrangement using florists foam as she was concerned that the original design would not last well out of water.

Although I didn't get to see the flowers in person, they look beautiful in the photo, which was a surprise. I hadn't expected to receive the e-mail containing the photo. They were delivered on the same day that I ordered them and I feel they were value for money.

Brilliant flowers and service. I ordered flowers for same day delivery with no issues at all. The florist also sent me a photograph of the flowers they delivered to the recipient. I phoned mid afternoon to check delivery status and they were very polite. Thank you, highly recommend and will use again!

As stated (in the previous question ), the flowers were 1st class , 100% for quality and quantity, various different flowers and the skilled color mix. I think it would be very difficult to achieve this standard of service , quality of the product and the skills in the production of such beautiful and unique flower arrangements.

Very pleased with the flowers. My only suggestion is that had my neighbour not text me to let me know she had taken the flowers, then I would not have known. No note/card through the door or email/text to say they had been left next door. I had requested the flowers to be left with a neighbour but this could have been any of them! A suggestion for future service.
