I was able to order a beautiful bouquet for the next day. When I realised the recipient wouldnt be in after noon, I was able to call the florists who were able, in this instance, to adjust the delivery and ensure it was sent out locally before 10am! Excellent service and a beautiful product. I will return!

Beautiful flowers delivered as requested. The florist rang up on the morning of the delivery to discuss alternatives as the colours shown on the website were not available and made up the sheaf as agreed on the phone. Fantastic service, thank you.

Leann

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 18th May 2021

Beautiful flowers delivered but they were absolutely nothing like the description or photo of the flowers that I ordered. Very disappointing and I probably wouldn't buy through this platform again ☹ If the florist didn't have stock to fulfil my order then I would have expected some form of communication (phone call, email or something) to inform me of the situation and give me the option of proceeding, selecting an alternative product or cancelling my order. Have given 2 stars in recognition that at least the flowers delivered were decent although not what I would have chosen.

Neil

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 12th Aug 2020

The florist that was given to me had lovely flowers on website. I chose a large bouquet and asked for delivery before 1pm following day. I phoned florist that morning just to be told she had rejected the order as delivery was too far. You chose me an alternative florist who sent something completely different to what I ordered and told them to take it away. They delivered again the next day. A little better than day before but still nothing like what I ordered and not very big. Wouldn't use them again

Excellent service - I ordered late on a Friday just before Mothers Day and also during the dreaded Coronavirus - the delivery was made on Sunday morning and my mother waxed lyrical about the flowers. We presently live overseas so we rely on online methods such as these to deliver presents on our behalf so thank you for doing so and in such a timely and excellent manner especially under the circumstance.

Sent a family member a floral arrangement for their new home. I was sent a picture when they arrived; and although not exactly as I ordered, they surpassed the arrangement I saw on-line. The recipients were absolutely thrilled. So will definitely use you again and trust whatever florist is used to send something stunning.

The flowers arrived in very good time and my stepfather phoned today to thank me. However, and this is not your fault, I have no idea what they looked like or whether they were worth the £50 or so I spent! He would be too polite to criticise a gift.
