Absolutely amazing. Second time I have used them. The first time the flowers were great fully received and throughly enjoyed. Second time there was an issue with no fault of the florist however contacted them and they were amazing and sent out a new bouquet of flowers the next day. The customer service was absolutely outstanding too. Super friendly and extremely helpful. I will 100% use them again.

Amazing arrangement, amazing service! Florabunda really deserves 5 shining stars! My daughter celebrated her 22nd birthday today and yesterday I???ve ordered this arrangement. It wasn???t the exact colours like on the website ( they were specifying that maybe they???ll not be the exact colours) but the arrangement was superb! A beautiful, full, vibrant flower arrangement in a basket. And my message was so nicely written by hand! I really appreciate that-personal touch. After being badly let down by the Royal Mail I desperately looked around for a Florist to deliver Flowers to make up for the blunder.This company more than made up for it and I can highly recommend their service and Flowers, Fast and efficient and all done in a day! Wish I could say the same for the Royal Mail They could certainly take a "leaf" out of your book.....!

Used this company many times now and they always give 10/10 service. They are always helpful and polite. Love the florists that they recommend.
