Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 6th Sep 2020

Ordered same day as I needed same day for an anniversary, the local florist was closed. Got a missed call from an unrecognised number, this was d2f ringing to say there was a problem, I didn’t realise this as they didn’t leave a message. They emailed me also. I didn’t reply until 6pm as I didn’t pick the message up till 6pm, was travelling back expecting the flowers to be on the doorstep. It was too late, I mailed them again after 10am following day, the chap rang me and apologised but it was too late. He said orders Kalimdor mine usually take 2 days to which I pointed out that their site stated same day and nothing when I was ordering said anything to the contrary. Flowers came later that day, were nice and appreciated by the missus but d2f didn’t fulfil their Obligation or offer any kind of refund for failing to deliver on time.

My mother-in-law was delighted. She said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. She also thinks they will last well, another plus. Thank you so much. In the past I have had some mediocre results with online florist ordering but you certainly exceeded my expectations and renewed my faith. Guess who will be getting all my flower orders in future!
