The florist at Epping ( TheFrench Flower Company) were outstanding. Slight change to flowers as some were out of stock but rang me within minutes to discuss alternatives. What arrived was a beautiful boquet of flowers and wife was delighted. Delivery driver was very pleasant too. Well done, excellent service.

Amazing service from The French Flower Company, Epping. Quality of flowers was excellent and had a immediate call from them as one of the blooms selected was not available and they helped choose another and presnted an amazing Boquet. Wife was over the moon. Very pleasant and ceeriy delivery driver too.

Absolutely beautiful flowers delivered punctually and donor informed. I appreciated that. The arrangement was in a small vase; my friend thought that vase the icing on the cake. In bereavement situation bunches and sheafs can mean work.

My daughter got engaged to her boyfriend in the U.K. I wanted to send them flowers since I am all the way in the US. She told me the flowers were absolutely beautiful and so did her soon to be mother in law. And they were delivered next day. So happy with this florist.

Amazingly efficient service and beautiful bouquet delivered 'on the day'. Very impressed with the straightforward instructions and wonderfully speedy service. I am an ex-florist and my standards are high. Direct2florist did not disappoint! I will most definitely use them again and my recipient was overjoyed with the handtied she was sent and the lovely quality and selection of flowers - and....not a chrysanthemum in sight! - which is what sometimes 'in the trade' would be used to pad out a floral bouquet/handtied/arrangement. Thanks to you and your selection of florist.
