Was very happy that they arrived on time with same day delivery, that was great! However when paying over £50 I expected them to last a bit longer. Beautifully presented, and the look on my wife’s face was wonderful, however a couple of the flowers were dead by day 2 then the majority were dead after 4 days and yet the Lillie’s hadn’t even come out and by day 5 they were just starting to open but unfortunately they had just about had it too! Now I know that you don’t always have control over how long flowers last or when they bloom but when paying a lot of money and, more especially, you want them to last at least 5-7 days it was very disappointing to say the least!

The service Was faultless . I ordered birthday flowers veeery late in the night ( morning really) because I could not make it . By about 9 am ,Blossom Hill flowers were calling me because they had a different design balloon than the one I chose , I did not pick up , they sent a text and an email & another call , we eventually spoke . The flowers were delivered on time ! Earlier than I thought ! And they were exactly as expected. My friend loved them & loved the balloon too . I???m overwhelmed, can I add , I don???t know anyone that works there ! I???m soo happy . She could not believe it , she asked the driver 3 times if it was for her . *Blossom hill flowers* , you just made my day ! And my friends day too !
