Sent flowers in container for my Aunts Birthday (she also hadn't been well so thought she needed something to brighten her day) They arrived later in the day - I'd already sung to her! She was over joyed when they arrived some in flower, some in bloom, some she knew, some unknown and they were in a basket "loads of them". A very positive reaction. Thank you to Enid Reid Flowers in Glasgow definitely will use you again.

Excellent service, I ordered mid day on the 13th feb, the day before valentines day. Expecting this to be a busy day for florists and me leaving things last minute to hinder whats available. I saw an amazing bouquet on the site. reasonably priced and with a few options, i went for it. The bouquet that arrived was better than any of my expectations and my partner loved it. I had to call the florist to ask about delivery. I had been at work most of the day and my partner hadn't mentioned the flowers. So worrying, i called to inquire, they where extremely helpful and polite and helped me get to the bottom of it. My partners daughter had took the flowers in and stashed them from her mother assuming I'd want to give them to her mum myself. And i did take great joy in handing over the fantastic bouquet myself. Will certainly be ordering from here again.

Due to the Covid restrictions, for the first time in her life, I wasn't able to be with my daughter on her birthday. I wanted flowers and chocolates to be delivered to her on the day so that she'd know I was thinking of her. The flowers (and chocolates!) were delivered as promised and resulted in a tearful (happy tears!) telephone call to tell me how beautiful they were and how happy they had made her day. Thank you so much Enid Reid xx

Have used Enid Reid, on behalf of my company, numerous times, I was on this occasion extremely disappointed with the flowers received. Having upped the payment beyond large to ensure a bountiful 'new stunning hand tie' to be presented at a conference we had no choice but to not do so. I'm not sure if the bouquet received was in a fact a small sent in error, but certainly didn't resemble the image on the website.

Quick delivery and flowers as described. I ordered the flowers on Valentine's day 20:10 p.m. so I immediately got an email that it is not possible any more to deliver it on that day and if i wish to Cancel. I said next day is also ok. I liked the fact that they checked and got back to me! Satisfied

I am in Australia and have just received a letter from my aunt in Glasgow thanking me for the beautiful flowers I sent her when my uncle died last month. At the time she wrote, they had pride of place in her living room. Thank you very much for the beautiful flowers and the prompt delivery - and for making it so easy for me, so far away, to let my aunt know that I was thinking of her. It means a lot to me.

Great service, was very pleased with the hands on approach and phonecalls of confirmation - especially being able to source tullips when not in season. Was not aware the company existed - Just moved to the area recently and walked by the building and thought I would give the service a go. Satisfied customer.
