10/10 - Eden Flowers went above and beyond to deliver my order, out-of-area, despite an unclear rural address (no street number), in pouring rain. My friend loved her flowers, left thoughtfully in the greenhouse to protect from the weather. I always use Direct2Florist, to send flowers from overseas.

I was very disappointed to learn that the flowers I ordered for my Grandmother arrived looking in a very sorry state. When you pay £30 for a bouquet, you don’t expect them to arrive looking half dead. Very disappointed and would certainly not recommend them, or use them again
