I can???t praise this florist enough. The customer service was absolutely amazing???nothing was too much trouble. I needed flowers for a funeral at very short notice, and they went above and beyond to deliver something beautiful and meaningful. Highly recommend!

Thank you for delivering flowers for the second time in UK. I asked for a container this time and the arrangement was in a pink metal tin which will be re-used. I ordered on Saturday afternoon in the USA and it was delivered Monday early afternoon. - Thanks!

I placed a late order for funeral flowers and requested they be delivered the day before so as not to miss a midday service. Concerned I'd received no confirmation of delivery I gave them a call early the next day to find the florist, 'Daisie Chain', had contacted the funeral home directly to arrange with them when the best time was for the delivery. As a consequence, the flowers arrived, on time and optimally fresh, on the morning of the funeral at a time best fitted to the funeral home's arrangements. Excellent service.

With a funeral due in only a few days, I needed to send some flowers. Concerned they wouldn't arrive on time, I requested they be delivered late the day before, and was concerned to wake up on the morning of the funeral to find they had not been delivered. I called the florist and told me they had called the funeral home to ask for the optimal time to deliver for the funeral and had responded accordingly, allowing the flowers to be delivered on time, at the convenience of the funeral home, and as fresh as possible rather than simply follow the cautious instruction I'd given. I was impressed by the iniative shown by the florist and the exceptional courtesy of the phone call.

I haven???t ever been left disappointed by the ladies at daisie chain florist they have attended to requirements and constantly gone above and beyond . Yesterday I ordered ???Good vibes??? flowers last minute for my nan who passed to celebrate her 80th the flowers honestly made me emotional that she couldn???t see how beautiful they were top quality flowers that last ages and look gorgeous. Thank you so much Daisie I wouldn???t recomend anyone else !!
