Jo

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 30th Jan 2024

Although I ordered in plenty of time for same day delivery I received a phone call saying that the florist was unable to deliver until the next day. And the florist didn’t have any autumnal colour flowers so had to accept pink/white flowers for the trug I had ordered. I was given no compensation by the company for my disappointment!

Pat

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 8th Dec 2023

Because Crumptons know their flowers (I leave it up to them) and they also know the recipient (it's quite a small town) so they know what she likes. They also deliver at the right time and on the correct day.

Flowers delivered at 10.15am on the right day and beautiful thank you so much! - struggled to get a florist because of lockdown in parts of Wales, and to get decent flowers and delivered early was just great. Thanks again.
