When I first ordered the flowers the delivery was meant to be Xmas Eve.. We received a phone call from the florist in the UK to tell us due to the number of orders they had received the flowers wouldn't be able to be delivered until the Monday after Xmas..She was very apologetic..Sounded like she had to make a few of these calls and others weren't so understanding.We appreciated the call and her honesty.. I had a phone call from Florist before Xmas to explain that the flowers wouldn't be able to be delivered until Monday29th instead of Xmas Eve due to the amount of orders.. We appreciated the phone call from UK to Australia and assured them it was fine.. I rang Doreen in Cornwall last night to ask if she had received her flowers and she had and told me they were just georgous.. So Thank You to all involved .. I am amazed and impressed with the service provided by direct2florists & Wheal Sara Flowers. I've never used direct2florists before - normally use a popular rival but they couldn't help it seems and I was unable to speak to them either. I ordered my flowers and whilst the florist couldn't quite give me the floral design I requested they offered a suitable replacement which I was happy to accept given the lateness of my order and on a Christmas Eve too! Think I'll stick with direct2florists in future; they have customer service that you can actually speak to (I don't use Facebook or any other social media platform) and the person I spoke to today was extremely polite and helpful. Thank you for your excellent service. Merry Christmas!

My mum loved the flowers and said they were very good quality and beautifully presented, but they were vibrant colours and I had asked for soft pastels for my 82yr old mum!
