I originally chose a display in a basket but a young lady from Ditect2Florist rang to inform me that the basket was not available and gave me two options - a hatbox display or a ceramic box display. What a great way to order flowers. The first florists couldn't fulfill my order and they arranged an alternative immediately. They asked whether this was ok or of I'd prefer a refund. I chose to use the alternative florist. It was lovely and they sent me a photograph of the delivered arrangement. All done on the same day. I will definitely use Direct2florist again.

I ordered flowers online Sunday night and the above bouquet was delivered Monday lunchtime. Apart from the speedy service the flower arrangement was stunning and my friend was over the moon. I wouldn???t hesitate to use again.
