These were a bouquet to my friend in Taunton to say thank you to her. My friend took a photo of the bouquet and sent this to me via WhatsApp. The bouquet looked wonderful and was larger than I expected it would be. As it was also a surprise gift to my friend....she said she had seen someone come to her front door carrying a bouquet and she had thought they had come to the wrong house as she was not expecting anything like this....She was thrilled that they were for her and said the bouquet was really beuatiful.

They did a wonderful job. We are in the United States, so we had to trust the florist to send our order as requested. Given the fact that we are all worried about Covid at the moment, we weren't sure how our two orders would be treated. We were pleased to hear from both recipients that they received their flowers on the day we requested. They also sent us photos of the flowers, and they were beautiful! We will definitely use your service again the next time we need to send flowers.

I would like to thank the staff at Bloomin Lovely, as I had been ill and thought I had left it too late to send my good friend some flowers for her birthday and christmas, ordering late on 23rd Dec I was so pleased when my friend rang at 11am on Christmas eve to thank me for the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, better than interflora who wouldn't deliver to her postcode and were much more expensive. THANK YOU :)

Flowers were beautiful. However some descriptions need to make it clearer that the actual product may be of different colouring to that in the online picture. Ours were totally different. It did not matter to us as there was no colour preference, but others may have. Thanks for a great, reliable service.

Hutchison

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 31st Dec 2014

I left a note saying previously I had a problem with another florist as what arrived was nothing like I ordered. Complaint dealt with in person by MD and refund. Bloomin Lovely called me in person to make sure what I ordered was what they had/ were doing. Colour scheme matched fairly well, and flowers similar. Some flowers not the same and tissue paper used different colour to website. But service and customer care top notch.
