Biggest worry of anyone. Are the flowers anything like the picture shows. I cannot see them until delivered.....trusting my special gift is special not a disaster !! Will I get a photo from the receiver or just a thank you....NO NEED TO WORRY....ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. 100% satisfied. Phew now I've found them I'm ordering another bouquet today. Flowers are as photo, some buds closed so just opening even better. Hat box nice Tracking good. Delivery good. My mother said it made her 93rd birthday SO SPECIAL and I received 4 photos from her of it. My brother said she only mentioned my flowers not his present at all....haha . worth the $$$

She is a young minded 93th yr old, accertive and would tell me straight up if flowers were awful not up to standards or crap as she has said about other companies received. So phew.... The flowers were lovely, a very last minute decision by myself to have a basket of flowers for an internment of my friends ashes and the florist made up a lovely floral tribute. Ordered Sunday afternoon for Monday delivery and they arrived as per the order. Just the right size and colour, I am more than grateful.

The flowers were lovely but looked quite different from what I had originally ordered (much more muted than the original bright bunch advertised). I have reduced two stars due to that and an unhelpful customer service. I requested to change the flowers to orchids immediately after I placed the order as I wanted to fix the mistake I made while ordering. I wanted to gift my best friend something that would last as it was a special bday (her 40th and so a big deal). It's not like you all couldn't have changed since the order was placed middle of the night. But you didn't even try. Anyway, lesson learned for the future.
