The flowers and delivery were perfect. But the name on the card was spelt wrong, and it was also written ‘granddad’ instead of grandmother Maybe because of the Mother’s Day rush

Ive used this florist twice now to send Mum flowers, both times she has been so delighted and told me of the fabulous arrangements and how beautiful and fragrant they are. Great attention to detail, being especially careful not to include anything toxic to the cat. Very sensitive and professional service. I cant rate it highly enough.

Due to the system being down I had a very panicked call from the florist telling me that she had only just received my order which was the day after Id wanted the flowers delivered. She went above and beyond to get my flower arrangement made and delivered to the crematorium in time for the funeral instead of the funeral directors as Id arranged for the day before. The wreath was actually better than the one Id ordered, she kindly sent me a picture of it as I wasnt able to attend the funeral. Would recommend this florist! A* :)
