Flowers were excellent and delivery on time but the delivery totally ignored the delivery instructions. Instead of delivering them as instructed to the outer door which my elderly mum can open, they were delivered inside the retirement complex, to a heavy door my mum can???t open without help. I never write reviews but the service and flower arrangement were SO good, I thought I had to! Ordered same day delivery. Purchased online in the morning and the flowers were delivered by afternoon. The arrangement was very similar to the photo provided so was very pleased about that. Really beautiful and tastefully done. The note was handwritten which was a nice touch.
