After submitting my order, I was contacted by Claire due to a problem with my request. She quickly provided a solution and proceeded to fulfil my order. The quality of the flowers was spectacular, the speed of the delivery was second to none and the care and attention to detail was exquisite..... If this is the standard for what I would consider a 'Basic' order, heaven only knows how high their standards would be for something bespoke and personalised. This is my 2nd order from this florist and I will certainly be ordering from them again.
