Always beautiful flower arrangements from Dolce Vita Flowers in Inverurie. We have been using this florist for many years and have never been disappointed with the quality nor service, everything is first class, would not go anywhere else for that special bouquet. I liked that they contacted me and let me know that they did not have all the flowers to make what I ordered BUT they would substitute and it would be as lovely. This was ordered late in the day and still delivered same day so they came through. Arrangement was for my Aunt and she sent pictures, beautiful arrangement and well worth it. I???ve felt disappointed by funeral flowers previously, but this was beautiful. Neither wind nor rain, nor gloom of night nor 2 meter snow drifts and a blizzard can stop these fine people from getting your Valentine their flowers. I'm not even exaggerating. I told them on at least two separate occasions to give up and go home as we were completely snowed in for Valentines Day - but they did not give up. They did not give in. They delivered those flowers, and what a beautiful bouquet it was! Honestly flabbergasted by the service. Will be getting my flowers exclusively from Dolce Vita Flowers from now on.

Wonderful bouquet of flowers supplied and delivered by Dolce Vita Flowers. The weather and road conditions were really poor due to drifting snow and I had thought there may be an issue with the delivery. I received a notification on the delivery day to say that the flowers had been delivered. This was not the case. I contacted the florist who responded quickly to say there had been a mix up & they apologized and said they would be delivered first thing next morning. The flowers were eventually delivered mid afternoon next day & were beautiful. Unfortunately, it was far too late for my sister’s birthday which was the day before. I won’t use this florist again.

Brilliant service as always! Typically I forgot to order flowers for Mother's Day until the very last minute (despite remembering to send a card during the week!) and when I went online yesterday to book them, the earliest available delivery date online was Monday, so I resigned myself to the fact I was a bad daughter this year. But Dolce Vita delivered my flowers today anyway - and this is not the first time this has happened where I've forgotten until the very last minute the night before and they've still squeezed me in on the day. The picture online showed a lovely box full of tropical flowers and foliage which cost £65 we paid £60 and there was a big difference between what was received and the picture online. We have used Dolce Vita previously and they cost less but looked more value for money but don't get me wrong the flowers were lovely, but when you pay that amount you expect it too look similar to the online photos.

I’ve used dolce vita many times and always been delighted with the flowers, the flowers that were delivered were lovely, but not what I asked for. I requested Christmas type flowers and no carnations, the flowers are yellow, purple and a few red but not Christmasy and there are carnations. Mum hates carnations!!! Can’t fault the quality of them, but just a little disappointed they weren’t more festive.

Didnt look anything like what i picked on the website, i picked the front facing cerise flowers, they were bright pinks. I was very disappointed in the bouquet that was delivered to the one that I had chosen online - Front facing Aqua pack (deluxe £40.00 plus del). Most of the flowers were different, I understand there can be "slight variations", there was no bamboo added and some of the flowers looked past they're sell by date. Ordered just before the 2 o'clock deadline and a large and really beautiful bouquet of mainly roses, lilies and chrysanthemums were delivered in a vase to an out-of-town location the same afternoon. I was really pleased with my quick and value for money service that I received. I placed the order for my nana who lost her daughter to a battle of MS and I choose flowers that were in the section for new borns. I left a message of what occasion it was for and also ohoned to explain not to include any of the baby things. I also received a phonecall informing me that the flowers would be delivered in the afternoon as I'd put am but had just missed the driver, which was fine. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Dolce Vita Flowers. I completely managed to forget Mother's Day this year until the very last minute and resigned myself to sending my poor mum a bunch of flowers a day late. I put my order in for the flowers the night before Mother's Day, with a wee message apologising for missing the boat this year, and expecting them to be delivered on the Monday after. However I received an e-mail that night (around 11pm! Talk about dedicated) from somebody at Dolce Vita Flowers asking if I would like my flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day as they could just fit them in. Which is amazing as I can only imagine how busy they must have already been, and my order really was last minute. I greatly accepted! I can't praise the company enough. I've used them several times and the flowers are always first class and well worth the money. Keep up the great work!

The driver could not find my mum's house, but he tried and tried and eventually found it - thank you!! My mum was totally thrilled, she sent me photo of flowers and they are gorgeous. A first class service and delivery!!!!

My Mother is delighted with the flower arrangement for Mother's Day. She was also impressed by the manner in which they were delivered. I could tell in her voice over the telephone yesterday that she loved them, and I am sure everyone in her sheltered housing complex will be told about them.
