Used for years, always excellent timey service.
Website said same day deliveries but non of the florist do same day sldeliveries. Had no choice but choose a next day delivery. Woupd say serve is good. Its OK.
Very easy to order your flowers and a good selection. Orchid arrived early the next day for my friend's birthday and it was beautiful. I also received a message to say they had been delivered.
We left ordering funeral flowers too late, florists were busy, we needed a basket posy the same day and saw you online, they came within 3 hours we was so happy. The only thing I would say is there could of been more flowers for the price. But great.
The flowers were ordered on-line so not actually seen. The photos of the actual display delivered is amazing and I am more than happy with them as is the Birthday Girl!!

Extremely disappointing. Ordered sympathy flowers on Tuesday night for delivery Thursday. I get an email on Thursday morning saying the order arrived too late for delivery that day. Like it was my fault. I called customer service and said that I need the flowers to arrive that day for very good reasons which I explained. They offered cancellation and a refund. I explained that no flowers was even worse than late flowers so this would not be the answer. I needed them delivered that day. They said they'd try and later called back to say they had tried several florists but couldn't get a same day delivery. Did I want them to proceed with the order for the following day? I said, it sounds like you haven't even placed the order yet, even though I ordered it three days ago. They admitted that a 'glitch' in the system meant that no, they hadn't actually placed the order yet. As this was the fault of the company, I asked them to refund me the fee and send the flowers. They declined and said they'd just refund the £4.50.delivery fee. So... extremely disappointing and frustrating. Very poor service.
The flowers were perfect the person they was ordered for sent me several photos at different times off them, and at a good price, delivered on time,thanks.

They advertise a rose bouquet with lilys for next day, and you pay for that service - and then they ring up to say they don’t stock lily’s and they’ll have to substitute for something else or the order will be at least a day late. That is false advertising. They also delivered late, as I explained on the phone about time constraints and the promised to deliver by 1, but didn’t. And the bouquet does not look anywhere near as good without lilys. Absolute waste of money and dishonest.
The website was easy to follow and use and placing an order and adding a note was also easy. The flowers were delivered on the same day as requested and the recipient was 'delighted'. I was told that the flowers were gorgeous,

Aunty was happy!! I didn’t get pics off her so not sure how good flowers were, but was a local Florist & the delivered in the day with no fuss. Couldn’t have been easier. Flowers were delivered within a couple of hours of ordering which is amazing really.

Attempted to send same-day flowers to a friend just home from hospital. Website allowed me to order them but, several hours later, and too late to try with a different vendor, I was informed that the chosen vendor could not fulfill the order because they did not have inventory given the upcoming bank holiday. So we had to wait three days for the flowers to finally be delivered: it would be better if vendor did not offer same-day delivery when they are not able to honour the order.
East to order . Delivered on time and recipient was delighted with her gift .
