We live abroad and so rely on your company to provide reliable and quality products since we cannot select them in person. The plant we ordered was healthy and fresh and the added chocolates of good quality. We have used your services before and will continue to do so. Thank you

The basket we ordered BON BON bore no resemblance to what my sister received. The colour was TOTALLY wrong. We are very disappointed. The service and delivery was good but if what you order is wrong it mean nothing does it !

I like that they give you the name of the local florist that is delivering the bouquets- also received a picture of the flowers and it was lovely, not like some that do not do a professional job. I will use them again. Thank you

Gail

No vase was with the bouquet this is what the ad said - Florist Choice Vase A glass vase filled with seasonal flowers and foliage, expertly chosen by a local independent florist. A BIT DISSAPOINTED SINCE NO VASE

Fantastic service..wanted some flowers to be delivered to a church for a funeral. We were travelling for many hours to the funeral and wanted them to be organised for us in a location we were not familiar with. Arrived at the funeral and everything had gone to plan. Thank you to the local florist that delivered a beautiful arrangement of flowers.

I ordered two lots of flowers for delivery to two individuals at the same office address. Only one arrived and after contacting Direct2florist and the local florist, the matter was only resolved after I forced the issue. No response was received from the local florist and no apology offered. I will not be using Direct2florist again.
