I ordered flowers for my daughter’s 20th Birthday as we weren’t able to spend the day together. I selected a bouquet but the florist phoned to say some specific flowers were out of stock and would I be happy with similar ones, which I happily agreed to. My daughter had tears of joy when she thanked me for the flowers. She said they were stunning! She also said how lovely the delivery driver was too! Top marks for customer service and fab flowers!

Cocoa Flower in Chester created a gorgeous bouquet of flowers following a death in the family. I live in NZ and had accidently given them the wrong address. They found correct address from neighbours and organised re delivery at a time to suit etc. They emailed me immediately to let me know what had happened so I was kept up to date. Very happy with the service and the flowers were beautiful and appreciated by our family.
