I ordered a funeral posy over the phone with occasions florist. The lady I spoke to made the whole process stress free and was very helpful as it was going to a funeral directors and I was unsure of how that worked. I requested particular colours and the posy arrived on time and was absolutely beautiful. I received a photo of the posy when it had been delivered and I would definitely recommend Occasions florist.

Absolutely beautiful flowers and wonderful service. I ordered funeral flowers from overseas and the whole process was quick, easy and stress-free. The arrangement was beautiful, and I really appreciated them sending me photos before delivery. Such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend! Having a florist who was so reliable, thoughtful and professional meant a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much for making a difficult occasion just that little bit easier.

I called late in the afternoon for a last minute order which I’m so bad at..mentioned what sort of flowers n bouquet size I wanted. The lady was totally accommodating and happy to help. She even called back to say they didn’t have some of the flowers and would replace them with different ones at the same cost. Really happy with the bouquet and so was my aunty who is bought them for as a gift!! Always happy to go back and continue to use.

We are a florist in Canada and due to unfortunate circumstances, we had to scramble last minute to find a flower shop in Oldham for one of our customers. We knew we were calling late to have something delivered same day so we said delivery for Monday was fine if it could not be delivered same day. However, they were able to deliver same day for us and the orchid plant they sent was absolutely beautiful. We are extremely appreciative of the service we received and the product that the recipient received. Thank you so much!

I received them 1 hour late and they were awful quality, and fell apart as soon as I put them on. I was really disappointed, as I was looking forward to wearing them on my special day, and they were not even the ones that I had ordered, as they had more red roses and the ones delivered had only one tiny red rose which you could hardly see . I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy it from this shop

The floral display looked lovely, but I asked for only White and red flowers specifically. From the picture sent to me, some of the white flowers had a yellow centre which spoilt the White and Red theme. This is the reason of only four stars rather than five. Apart from that, the customer service was excellent.

Ordered funeral flowers for delivery in UK for family member. Unfortunately i never noticed I had put the wrong delivery month in by mistake. Luckily for me the staff managed to catch the issue and correct it. Thank-you so much for your help. They even sent me a photo of the wreath as i live in the USA. After the funeral i was told that everyone thought how amazing the circle wreath looked (vibrant colored flowers with some butterflies in arrangement) and how my aunty would have loved them :-)

Karen

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 5th Feb 2018

The flowers when they arrived were lovely. <br/>We asked for an AM delivery but had to chase up at 5:45 when we got home from work. We were told there was a problem with van however this seemed to be a fob off. Bearing in mind that we had asked for an AM delivery and received any notification that there’re was a problem with the delivery. They then said it would be half hour and they would be delivered. We tried to chas up an hour later but no response on phone. The flowers finally arrived at friends at 6:50 - or impressed

As I live in Australia, I didn't see the heart, but I was sent a picture of the heart from my relative and it was absolutely beautiful, just like the picture that I ordered it from. Thanks so much for such a wonderful floral arrangement, it was amazing.

The original florist I wanted to use were unable to complete the order so Occasions Florist took it instead - the flowers I have paid for were to be a selection of all-reds, and looking at the photograph of what was delivered it is a lot more green than red (hence not a 5 star rating) - however, delivered efficiently and the receiver of the gift was still very happy, so a great service!
