Ordered a Christmas handbag through Direct2florist....order being fulfilled by Daisy Flower Boutique Coventry.Customer service practically non exist at this florist...I rang to inquire if my order was out for delivery only to be informed rather rudely that if there had been a problem I would of been contacted.When I asked if the number could be checked I was asked what number?I said the order number then to be told the delivery driver has all the details...I then said I found it amazing the person on the other end of the phone couldn't check it for me,when I was then actually told I was being argumentative! To cut a long story short I ended the conversation....a few minutes later my partner took a call from Daisys to say it had been delivered.When I spoke to my Sister and she said it was lovely,she sent me a WhatsApp image and surprise surprise not like the image I saw when I ordered it. My Sister loves jewellery and this particular flower arrangement "handbag" had a small link of beads adorning it hence the reason I paid nearly £60(Inc delivery)for this arrangement.The one that was received had a red and white striped ribbon.I would not use Daisys again customer service appalling or Direct2florists again as images shown on there website are not what the florists send!!
