I am amazed and impressed with the service provided by direct2florists & Wheal Sara Flowers. I've never used direct2florists before - normally use a popular rival but they couldn't help it seems and I was unable to speak to them either. I ordered my flowers and whilst the florist couldn't quite give me the floral design I requested they offered a suitable replacement which I was happy to accept given the lateness of my order and on a Christmas Eve too! Think I'll stick with direct2florists in future; they have customer service that you can actually speak to (I don't use Facebook or any other social media platform) and the person I spoke to today was extremely polite and helpful.
