Jemini was able to provide same-day delivery, and the recipient said the flowers were gorgeous and huge and brightened her day. The person they were delivered to was having a tough time, so it was important to me to get the flowers to her quickly as I couldn't be there myself.

My order was for delivery on the 27/9. I was therefore concerned when I received this email on the 23/9 telling me that it had been delivered. I contacted Jemini , the florist who told me that my order was scheduled for the 27th. I did not,however, receive confirmation from them that it had been delivered on the 27/9. I had to contact the recipient to confirm receipt but I do wonder if it had been prepared on the 23/9 and was not as fresh as it should be! I will endeavour not to use this florist in future.

I ordered 2 Christmas floral arrangements for delivery on Christmas Eve. The florist sent an email late afternoon to say the delivery van had broken down and referred me back to the company. I was unable to speak to them until after the Bank Holidays. At this point they were most helpful arranging to send my order straightaway. I would have expected some recompense but none came away. The final straw came when my order arrived with the recipients looking nothing like my choice. I had chosen red pink and white with Christmas greenery etc - all unopened flowered. These were all red with overblown roses and masses of greenery but no cones etc. I would have felt better if I had received a written apology.
