Complicated circumstances around bank holiday wkends and no florist markets. However, dispite our needs being rejected by numerous other florists for a floral contribution at our Mother's funeral, Jasmine of bromborough florists provided a double sided spray for the coffin. Our mothers fave flowers and colours had been discussed. The 3ft spray was full and colourful,tremendous value. Many many comments of how beautiful the spray was and a huge distraction frm the sadness that surrounded us all. Our Mum would have loved them. The floral display will stay with me forever as part of saying my final goodbye to mum.

As I live abroad, I ordered flowers for my mum's 92nd birthday. Upon ordering I was charged an extra £5 for delivery as it was further away than usual. However there photo was of the flowers I knew mum likes. Upon delivery I was sent 2 photos of the bouquet pre delivery. The flowers bore almost no resemblance to the website photos and we're considerably smaller even though I ordered a larger size. My partner and I were deeply disappointed. One star credit is given that my mum likes the flowers.

We have used Bromborough Flowers through Direct2florist 2 or 3 times to send flowers to UK (we are in Australia) and the service is top notch. Often a gamble dealing online for services as it can feel remote and uncontrolled compared with "walking into the shop". BUT with Bromborough Flowers this was not the case. Once the florist at Bromborough Flowers rang us in Australia to explain they could not deliver live flowers to a hospital (due to Covid) and she worked out an alternative option for us. Excellent website for user experience. Perfect 'florist choice' for a get well soon bouquet. I requested a certain colour and was absolutely thrilled with the bouquet. My friend who received the bouquet was bowled over and it really cheered her up after a major operation. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend this florist. I asked for multiple orders at 10am this morning (6 in total across Merseyside) and it was no trouble.
