Flowers were greatly appreciated by my son and daughter in law who had just had a baby girl. From the website, I thought I was ordering a baby basket but, as it turns out, the flowers were a bouquet. Although very nice, they were not what I ordered but, as the flowers were so admired, I decided not to contact you re the error. When I looked at your website again, I realised that when I clicked on the baby basket, it went to the bouquet. If I ordered again from you, I would double check to make sure you sent the correct flowers!

I ordered flowers online on the Friday evening and requested for them to be delivered AM on Saturday morning. I received a very friendly phone call the following morning just after 10 am from the Fresh Flower Co confirming the delivery of the flowers. The recipient was delighted and said the bouquet was beautiful. Five star customer service and five star quality - I can't praise the Fresh Flower Co. enough.
