Direct2florist website was really easy to use, loved the fact that I could put in the address of the recipient and it gave me local florists to use especially when not from the same area. Our team were ordering sympathy flowers for a colleague and when we seen the white basket from Hyacinth House it looked perfect. We received a photo with thanks from the recipient and it looked exactly as it did on the website which was great to see.

I was extremely happy with the way the order was handled by this florist. We were unsure of the date of the funeral as it was a provisional booking. The florist went out of her way to find the correct day, time and location. She also held our order until that day and insured the flowers were delivered fresh and on time. The photo she sent of the arrangement was beautiful and the flowers looked so fresh.

I opted for the hand tied florist's choice. The display looked beautiful, the flowers were really fresh, it was excellent value for money and from placing my order to delivery took only 2 hours.
