Sadly, the flower arrangement did not resemble the arrangement that I had ordered. Rather than a beuquet of delicate shades of pastel blues and creams, the arrangement included white and purple flowers. I understand that flowers are seasonal, and that some florists to not have a wide stock, however, it would make sense to have the current seasonal flower arrangements to choose from.

It was a safe, easy & affordable process to send flowers to a funeral in England from Australia. Limited arrangement options on the site but I added notes to get the desired effect. The local florist did an amazing job especially delivering everything on time & to two different locations. I was able to use PayPal so safe transaction. I would have liked an extra field for the recipient - difficult when the person is deceased but I used notes to explain.

delivered a day late even though promised same day delivery. I paid for same day and it did not happen. the delivered item was not as expected with many of the flowers unopened. Delivery fee was way way over the top, and when the delivery was late emails asking for refund to the late delivery ( as wasn't same day as paid for ) were ignored and gained no response.

We received a phone call from the florist in the UK to tell us due to the number of orders they had received the flowers wouldn't be able to be delivered until the Monday after Xmas..She was very apologetic..Sounded like she had to make a few of these calls and others weren't so understanding.We appreciated the call and her honesty..
